May 2018 saw the release of the sixth cover project of Bruce Hornsby’s music by the Bruuuce.com community – here are the Postcards from Tossington!
Bruce had christened his home recording studio “Tossington Sound” (let’s say it’s based on some colourful English slang…!).
The project was released for free download, with donations invited for the ALS Association and the Merlin Centre for Multiple Sclerosis Care.
Once again, our incredible community donated their talents and their time for free, and the net result was 20 fantastic interpretations of Bruce’s music. It’s an eclectic mix covering Bruce’s career from the pre-Range days (“Let the Girls Rock”) to Rehab Reunion.
“Passing Through” was contributed to our first project “Shadow Hands” by our friend Rich Diakun. Rich was working on a track for our 2018 release before he passed.
