“JV” Jervonny Collier’s 2014 – the year in review

jervonny collier We recently caught up with Bruce Hornsby’s bass player “J.V.” Jervonny Collier, who shared some exciting news as he looked back on 2014, and ahead to the coming year.

This year was very good as far as new things for me. I was asked to be involved in a progressive rock project called One Nation, that will be out the early part of 2015. I pulled Sonny Emory into it also. It looks like we’ll play some live dates also, which I’m excited about.”

“I also had a chance to play a few shows using my upright bass. That was very exciting for me, because it gave me the chance to share the stage with JR Robinson, one of the world’s best drummers, who I’ve dreamed of working with for years!”

We’ll keep you posted on the One Nation project, as well as some other exciting projects that JV has been working on this month!
