yMusic is a six-piece chamber ensemble group from New York, founded in 2008 by Rob Moose and C.J. Camerieri.
Chamber music is a form of classical music that is composed for a small group of instruments. Normally it would be a small enough group that it could fit into a palace “chamber”, or large room – hence the name. It’s one performer to an instrument, which in YMusic’s case would be:
- Rob Moose – violin
- C.J. Camerieri – trumpet
- Nadia Sirota – viola
- Alex Sopp – flute
- Hideaki Amori – clarinet
- Gabriel Cabezas – cello
